Ke empat nya hanya bisa dicapai dengan material yang tepat dan sesuai dengan struktur gigi pasien. Warna tambalan diusahakan semirip mungkin dengan gigi asli sehingga keindahan gigi tetap terjaga. Saat ini Smile+ menggunakan material composite nanofiller Jerman dan Jepang, bahan tambal dengan teknik layering sehingga menyerupai warna gigi asli dan mendapatkan titik kontak yang ideal di antara gigi.
