Wisdom Tooth -> Pencabutan Gigi Bungsu
Pencabutan gigi bungsu dilakukan karena berbagai alasan, seperti gigi bungsu yang hanya tumbuh sebagian, miring ke depan (mesial), miring ke belakang (distal), tumbuh mendatar (horizontal) atau bahkan tumbuh di dalam gusi (vertikal).
Ini diperlukan untuk menghindari pasien dari :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Bad breath due to food impaction between wisdom teeth and neighboring teeth, and often cause cavities,<\/li>
  2. Gum inflammation (swelling and bleeding) and periodic recurring pain due to the location of the wrong teeth,<\/li>
  3. Wisdom teeth that over erupt can injure the antagonist gums because there are no opposing tooth to contact,<\/li>
  4. Tension in the jaw joints around the ears resulting in migraine, headache, difficulty when opening mouth and in some cases can be paralyzed,

    Secara teknis, pencabutan gigi bungsu memerlukan prosedur bedah, pengambilan tulang dan pembelahan gigi (separasi). Pengambilan tulang diusahakan seminimal mungkin untukmenghindari nyeri dan bengkak berlebihan pasca operasi sedangkan separasi diperlukan jika posisi gigi sukar dikeluarkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
