Bedah mulut adalah teknik bedah yang dilakukan pada mulut (oral) dengan tujuan estetika atau medis atau keduanya. Bedah ini diperlukan untuk menjaga kesehatan mulut dan bisa juga mencegah dampak yang lebih buruk di kemudian hari. Sebagaimana proses bedah secara umum, prosedur sterilisasi sebelum, selama dan pasca bedah sangat vital. Ini sangat berkaitan dengan keberhasilan bedah dan proses pemulihan setelahnya.
